About The Company
La Vela Bella Inc. specializes in taking an object which was once considered disposable and forgotten and we give it a new life; we ignite a flame within a once neglected cup, glass or bowl and celebrate the transformation that occurs.
Whether it be an antique tea cup for a girlfriend or a vintage tumbler for your boyfriend or father, we pride ourselves in spotting a glass, cup or bowl and turning it into an awesome and unique candle.
La Vela Bella uses only the best quality eco-soy wax with essential or fragrance oils. All of our candles are hand poured in our cute little studio located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
In addition to amazing wax, oils and wicks, we promise that all of our candles contain love and positive intentions; two fundamental ingredients we believe to be absolutely necessary for a successful and long lasting candle.

About The Products
Whats the big deal with soy wax anyway?
Soy wax candles were invented in 1992 in attempt to meet the growing demand for an affordable, natural alternative to traditional paraffin candles. Soy wax is created from hydrogenated soybean oil (a renewable resource), it burns 3 times longer than normal, it is cheaper than beeswax and it releases a gentle but strong scent. Unlike the the former paraffin and synthetic candles, soy wax candles do not release black soot, CO2 or any kind of toxin when burned.
When Natalie started to work with soy wax it was love at first light.
